How to use the pre-IPO fund directory
Start with the vehicle type, not the brand. Secondary marketplaces, listed pre-IPO funds and SPV platforms are different instruments that happen to reference the same companies - they differ in who can use them, what you own, and what you pay. Once you know which structure fits your situation, comparing providers within it is straightforward. Investors outside the US should also read our country guides, including pre-IPO funds in India, since eligibility is jurisdictional.

- Serves - the investor type the provider is built for. This gate is enforced at onboarding and is the first thing that eliminates options.
- Structure - what you legally receive: the underlying security, a unit in a vehicle, or shares of a fund.
- Minimum - the smallest cheque accepted, which varies by deal and changes often.
- Fees - the total stack, not a single headline rate. Model it over your full expected hold.
